Description

The Vari-Cut S45 blade, which belongs to the Silver series, is designed for cutting different types of concrete. The blade has two different segment models, which together reduce vibration, friction and enhance sludge removal.
INNOVATIVE SEGMENT STRUCTURE
The combination of flat and turbo segments is ideal for smooth and efficient cutting of concrete with hand-operated disc cutters and low-power road and floor saws. The design protects the blade from excessive friction when hitting the groove walls.
SMARTER FEATURES
Clear indicators indicate the side clearance of the blade, the life of the blade, the cutting depth and the level of blade wear. The arrow indicates the direction of rotation of the blade and the color of the arrow indicates the purpose of use.
CUT FASTER, LAST LONGER
The height of the segments is now 12 mm. This makes cutting 15% faster and extends the life of the blade up to 20% depending on the application.* *) According to internal tests, compared to the previous Vari-Cut series.
