I would have liked to leave a review of your products, but unfortunately I can’t because the shipping experience completely overshadowed everything else.
The shipping company you use is absolutely unacceptable. They picked up my order and then let it sit for four days before it even started moving. I paid an overpriced fee for five-day shipping, yet here I am on day nine and still don’t have the tools.
These tools were purchased for a project with a tight deadline, and because of your choice of shipping carrier, that timeline has now been jeopardized. Charging customers for expedited shipping while using a carrier that fails to deliver on its commitment is unacceptable.
Until you choose a shipping company that can actually provide the service customers are paying for, I will not be ordering tools from your company again.
